Responsability and solidarity are linked

Claiming to be a united, responsible group is one thing. Acting like one is another. By joining the Corporate Parenthood Charter, Covéa demonstrates its commitment and shines a light on the concrete measures taken in favour of parental equality to promote equality between men and women in the workplace.

Some 300 work-study contracts with “Our neighbourhoods have talent” each year.

We also promote the integration of people with disabilities, who represent 4% of our workforce.
