Covéa's whistleblowing system

Covéa's whistleblowing system, which arises out of the Sapin 2 and duty of vigilance laws, is open to all the Group's employees as well as to third parties, and covers all subjects relating to the duty of vigilance. It has been presented to the Group's employees and employee representative bodies.

Should you wish to alert us to events relating to our activities or those of our suppliers or subcontractors that you believe to contravene human rights or imperil personal health or safety or the environment, please use our secure platform.

Any alert will be received and handled by our Chief Compliance Officer, the Group's Alert Officer.

You can also use the platform to contact the Compliance Department directly about any ethics-related matters.

Please refer to the Covéa whistleblowing procedure and the Practical guide to whistleblowing for further information.
