Launched at the beginning of 2008, Aloa Assurances is a brand of Lybernet Assurances, a subsidiary of the Covéa group. Aloa Assurances is a new player in the world of insurance, whose offering is available exclusively on the Internet. Simplicity, speed and flexibility are our new insurer’s keywords, and its guiding concept is "remote proximity".

The principle is simple: connecting to the website, users select the product in which they are interested, define their needs, access their quote and can sign up immediately. Moreover, the pricing expertise built up by Lybernet Assurances over the last ten years enables us to give our most careful customers the benefit of some very attractive premiums.

To provide extra peace of mind and to facilitate procedures, Aloa Assurances also offers web users a complementary service in the form of the “web call back”. Using this service, which is accessible from every page on the website, users can, if they wish, be called back by an advisor to obtain additional information or to sign up for their insurance by telephone.

Thanks to the online Personal Space and the Customer Relations Centre available by telephone, customers have immediate access to all the advice and services they require.
Aloa Assurances offers four types of product: Motor Insurance, Camping Car Insurance, Home Insurance and Cats and Dogs Health Insurance.

In May 2009, Aloa’s Motor Insurance offering was awarded the Label of Excellence by the Dossiers de l’Epargne magazine.

With revenues of more than €22 million in 2009, Lybernet Assurances already has more than 50,000 customers, with 75,000 policies in force.
