Operating in the field of P&C brokerage, Covéa Risks offers a complete line of packaged products and P&C insurance solutions tailored to businesses, its core customers, as well as professionals and private individuals. In 2008, gross premiums written increased, reaching 672 million euros (655 million euros in 2007). The company spent much of the year expanding in all its areas of business (Civil liability, Auto professionals, Welfare, Health, etc.) and further developing its tools: new extranet features, paperless exchanges with tied agents, etc. In 2009, a new Health offer will be proposed as well as an environmental liability solution for companies. Covéa Risks maintains close relations with its tied agents, in particular through actions such as the creation of Partner clubs, which coordinate agents according to their requirements and business criteria. In 2008, the Business Partner Circle launched a commitment charter proposing to set up a legal information service and regional events. The Gold Square, the club for General Public Partners, was established in April 2009.
