Operating exclusively in the field of the financial guarantees, Covéa Caution mainly offers guarantees to home developers and builders, suppliers and for use in regulated professions which must provide guarantees to protect funds invested by customers. The company underwrote 11.5 million euros in gross premiums in 2008. Covéa Caution's rigorous policy of providing prevention information on signing and following up on its commitments enabled it to earn a net income of 2.1 million euros. In 2009, Covéa Caution will pursue a diversification strategy aimed at shoring up the company's positioning. It will also put an emphasis on quality of service, a genuine growth vector for all companies in the Group, including P&C professionals. |
